  • We provide private mediation for family law disputes, including property settlements, financial matters and parenting matters. Mediation can assist parties to narrow the issues in dispute, explore practical options and, where possible, reach agreement without the need for further court proceedings.

  • We mediate property and financial disputes arising from separation, including matters involving businesses, trusts, companies, superannuation and complex asset structures. The process allows parties and their lawyers to work through the financial issues and explore potential settlement outcomes.

  • We provide mediation for parenting disputes, helping parents work through issues concerning children's living arrangements, time with each parent and other important parenting decisions. The focus is on facilitating constructive discussion and exploring arrangements that respond to the circumstances of the family.

  • Private mediation is available throughout regional Victoria and across Tasmania. We can conduct mediations in person where appropriate or by videoconference, providing parties and practitioners with flexible access to mediation regardless of location.
