Mark is a Partner at JC Legal Group. Having practised Family Law for 25 years, Mark is well regarded for his practical, knowledgeable and focused approach to resolving matters.

Mark has a focus on utilising his excellent negotiation and mediation skills to achieve the best possible outcome for clients, and whenever possible, avoiding the expensive and time-consuming nature of court proceedings and litigation.

When proceedings in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia are required, Mark has a respected standing in the profession for representing clients with strong advocacy and providing a clear understanding of the litigation process involved.

Mark lives in Hobart, Tasmania and shares his time and legal services between his home state and Victoria.  Mark’s services clients across Tasmania, Melbourne and regional Victoria.

Mark is also a nationally accredited mediator and is a mediation panel member of the Magistrates Court of Tasmania.

When not working and raising a young family, Mark’s interests include sport, music, travel and the great outdoors, including mountain biking and trail running.
