Brent is a Senior Associate at JC Legal Group and has practised in Family Law since 2017. His experience spans both regional and metropolitan practices, giving him a broad understanding of the issues faced by clients across a range of family law matters.

Brent’s practice primarily focuses on parenting and property disputes, where he works closely with clients to provide clear, practical advice and guide them through what can often be complex and challenging circumstances. He has a particular interest in child support disputes and jurisdictional issues, and enjoys working through the technical and strategic complexities these matters can present.

In addition to his Family Law practice, Brent also assists clients with estate management matters, bringing a considered and practical approach to resolving issues and achieving appropriate outcomes.

Brent works across Geelong and Melbourne, assisting clients throughout metropolitan and regional Victoria.

He serves as a Committee Member of the Geelong Law Association, contributing to the professional community in the region.

Outside of the office, Brent is an avid AFL fan and enjoys spending time with his family. He lives in Geelong with his family and maintains strong ties to the local community.
